PRESENTATION
From 25 years ago, Tecnología Deportiva, S.A. has supported the investigation of New Technologies for the production of sport and safety nets with the aim of giving the customers a product with the best quality and price.
Tecnología Deportiva, S.A. has done an important task of investigation and development in the safety of the building sites, particulary in the field of safety nets.
In this way, in 1991 it was the fist Spanish company obtaining two approval reports of the UNE_81.650: 80 rule about safety nets prototypes emitted by the Protection Methods Sevilla National Centre.
In 1995 it is the first Spanish company achieving the safety nets certification for AENOR whith regards to the prevailing rule UNE 81.650: 1980.
Following this policy of constant improvement, Tecnología Deportiva, S.A. has obtained since 1999:
All these certifications guarantee that our safety nets fullfil the requirements that the Europena Rule EN.1263-1 (current guidelines) demands.
QUALITY CONTROL
We make use of our own Investigation+Development laboratory with two main goals: trough physicaland chemical test, we guarantee the quality of our products controlling the different manufacturing stages of the nets, from the raw materials to the finished product. On the other hand, we investigate and develop new configurations in order to satisfy our customers needs.
As manufactures, our main goal is to archieve a better level of quality in every product in order to satisfy the necessities an expectations of our customers. For this reason, our company has put its faith in a quality system based on the ISO 9002 rule wich has obtained the Registered Company Certificate "ER" by AENOR nº ER-0167/2/01in the manufacturing of safety, sports and protection nets.

STANDARD EN-1263-1
"SAFETY NETS"
Tecnología Deportiva S.A.", with its
high level of quality and industrialization, was named member of the Working
Group CEN / TC53 / WG7 of the European Normalization Committee,
which took charge of the developing of this Standard.
The European Regulation EN 1263-1 was aproved by this Committee in 1997. Thisestandard
revokes and substitutes the UNE 81-650 of 1980 and establishes the
minimun requirements that safety net must observe within the European Union.
Unlike the UNE 81-650-80, the EN 1263-1 distinguishes four types of safety
nets to their use:
The Standard En-1263-1 also establishes the requirements of ropes used in the tieing and joinning of safety nets. Our nets have all the requirements.
Nets made
according to the European Standard are supplied with test panels that allow
to check the ageing of the net without dismantling it. These test panels have
a hight security seal with the same register number that appears in the label.
In the same way, every consignement has instructions for the erection, use and dismantling of the nets.

Although the European Standard En-1263-1 does not establish an expiring date for the product, the Aenor regulations for the safety nets determine in the 7.2.3. section an EXPIRING DATE of ONE YEAR from the date manufacturing
THE
GOLDEN LINE: THE ONLY MANUFACTURER IN SPAIN
This
new line of nets without knot made with high tenacity polypropylene represents
a new concept of net and it has been possible thanks to the use of the latest
technologies.
These nets are fabricated according to the Standard EN1263-1 and they have the following attributes
